Rental Terms & Conditions

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 23–25 years (based on local regulations)

• Valid driver’s license (international license required for foreign renters)

• Valid ID or passport

Payment & Deposit

• Security deposit required at time of rental

• Deposit refunded upon safe return of vehicle with no damages or fines

• Rental charges paid in advance (daily/weekly/monthly rates available)

Usage Policies

• No racing, reckless driving, or illegal use

• Vehicle must not be used for off-road driving

• Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level (refueling charges apply if not)

• Mileage limitations may apply depending on package

• Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle (cleaning fee may apply)

Insurance

• Basic insurance included (may include collision damage waiver)

• Extra insurance coverage available upon request

• Insurance does not cover:

  • Negligence

  • Interior damage

  • Tire/rim damage

  • Driving under the influence

Damage & Liability

• Renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance

• Traffic fines, parking violations, and toll fees during the rental are the renter’s responsibility

• Lost keys or accessories will incur additional charges

Pickup & Return

• Vehicle must be returned on agre

• ed date, time, and location

• Late returns may result in extra charges

• Car should be returned clean and in original condition

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation within 24–48 hours of pickup (depending on company rules)

• Late cancellations may incur a fee
